  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries chopped*
  • 2 cups low-fat plain or flavored yogurt
*You can substitute other seasonal fruit or try canned peaches, pears, or apricots.


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly brush tortillas with water
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas.
  4. Place tortillas on a cookie sheet and cut each into 8 wedges (but leave the circle arrangement intact).
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned, the cool.
  6. Spread yogurt on tortillas.
  7. Top with strawberries.
