Peer pressure can influence workers\u2019 safety-related decisions, encouraging them to either comply with or deviate from established safety practices. This project investigates how coworkers\u2019 behaviors, particularly unsafe actions and risk-taking tendencies, shape workers\u2019 situational awareness, risk perception, and decision-making.
