NEW RESOURCES:\u00a0 Volunteer Safety & Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

A big challenge for emergency managers is ensuring the safety of volunteers assisting with cleanup in the aftermath of a storm event. Unfortunately, more people can be hurt in the aftermath of a tornado or windstorm than during the actual event. These resources can be used by Extension Educators and community organizations to organize and train youth or adult volunteers, increasing the safety and effectiveness of their efforts.<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\"Cover\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\"Image\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t
