Re:           Indiana University Health Arnett no longer offering occupational health services

Indiana University Health Arnett in Lafayette is closing its Occupational Health department effective April 27, 2018. Therefore, Human Resources is alerting faculty and staff that employees seeking medical care for a new work-related injury or illness effective March 30th will need to receive care from a different treatment facility. For an updated list of approved treatment facilities, Purdue employees should visit the “Approved treatment facilities” list on the Benefits website.

Current workers’ compensation patients can still be seen at IU Health Arnett until their official closing date of April 27, 2018.

Employees will be notified via Purdue Today and Business@Purdue of this change.
