RE: New Benefits Enrollment System for Faculty and Staff

On July 5, Human Resources will introduce a new benefits enrollment system for faculty, staff and graduate staff (West Lafayette graduate staff only).
The new “BenefitFocus” system replaces the current EBenefits tool and should bring more efficient, streamlined processing and align with the University’s business process transformation project currently under development.
Employee communications will begin this week with a Purdue Today article, followed by targeted communications to lead employees through the transition.
Resources will be available to assist employees through this process, and I would ask that you make your faculty and staff aware of this change and encourage them to watch for important communications related to their benefits.
