It is with mixed emotions that I write to share with you that after 25 years of dedication and service to Purdue, Melissa Johnson, our Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, will be leaving the University at the end of May to devote more time to her young family.  We share in the joy and pride that Melissa can take this action, but regret very much she will no longer help drive the FP&A team and the important work that they do.  Melissa has played a vital role in the success of this organization and the University as a whole.  She will be greatly missed for her knowledge, energy and love for this place.

 

With Melissa’s departure, Eva Nodine has agreed to take on the leadership role for FP&A.  Eva has gained a wealth of insight into the University through her former role as assistant director for benefits, and her most recent role in helping to lead the Business Process Re-engineering project.

 

Please join me in thanking Melissa for her dedication and efforts over the years, and please congratulate Eva on stepping up to fill Melissa’s shoes.
