Policy Lab - Purdue Policy Research Institute - Purdue University

Policy Lab

Policy Lab is a team of faculty, students and staff focused on producing interdisciplinary, policy-relevant research on global grand challenges, especially in areas of strategic focus for Discovery Park. The Policy Lab focuses on producing  “Leading Indicators”  in strategic areas. The research generated from this lab is promoted through PPRI’s social media connections (see our blog) and can also be found in our digital library (see Policy Briefs). Professor Laurel Weldon, Director of PPRI, heads the lab. Lab staff also include Faculty Fellows, Postdoctoral Students, Graduate Policy Fellows, and Undergraduate Policy Fellows. This year, for the first time, in the Spring semester, Policy Lab will include a class on Policy Alternatives for Grand Challenges, taught with an Honors College Faculty member (Dwaine Jengelley, pictured at right).
