Chemical Genomics Facility at Purdue

The Chemical Genomics Facility (CGF) is a facility at the Purdue Institute for Drug Discovery. The mission of the CGF is to provide expertise and resources for investigators from Purdue and others to access to the state-of-art technologies and instrumentation in high-throughput screening (HTS) and high content screen (HCS) to facilitate the identification of chemical tools to study biological pathways and the discovery of lead compounds for the development of novel therapeutics and diagnostic approaches. The facility is designed to be highly flexible in order to meet the needs of multiple users employing a range of assays from a wide range of disciplines. Our experienced facility staff work closely with each investigator and provide services through all stages of the lead discovery process.
