Gene Editing Facility

The Gene Editing Facility empowers researchers to bring genome editing technology into their research programs. The core provides CRISPR/Cas9 mediated genome editing on a variety of cell types, including iPSCs and cancer cells.  The Gene Editing core works closely with researchers to design tailored experiments to find the most effective way to achieve their goals. The core also works closely with the Transgenic Mouse Facility to provide a complete workflow from construct to transgenic model.
