Email DFA - Account-Specific Email Inquiry for Parents

The Division of Financial Aid (DFA) at Purdue has the responsibility to safeguard the information provided on aid applications, financial aid eligibility, and other student record information according to Federal law. To assist in this effort, parents requesting account-specific information will only receive a response if the parent email address provided below matches the parent email address listed on the FAFSA. If any other parent email address is entered, we will send a response to the specified student's purdue.edu email account, which the student can forward to the parent or other individual. In this event, we will send a notification of this action to the parent email address provided below.

We request that you do not include social security numbers. If you consider your inquiry urgent, it is recommended that you contact DFA via phone, rather than email.

NOTE: If you are seeking general information that is not specific to a student account, please use our General Email Inquiry service.
If you are an admitted or current student with a PUID and requesting information specific to your account, please use our Student Email Inquiry service.

The Division of Financial Aid (DFA) reserves the right to respond with general information only if not all required fields are completed, or we are unable to identify you as an allowable recipient of the requested information.
