The new Digital Ag Resources website from Purdue’s College of Agriculture is a place to find information about the exciting work being done across the university in the area of data science and digital agriculture, as well as the people doing this work across campus. PURR
The Purdue University Research Repository (PURR) is a university core research facility provided by the Purdue University Libraries, the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships, and Information Technology at Purdue (ITaP).
Bioinformatics Core
The Bioinformatics Core provides data analysis services for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data for various applications to support biological research. A distinguishing feature of the Core is its experience with several non-model organisms and different types of applications. The Core also provides consultation for experimental design and software selection, training through workshops and letters of support for grant proposals that incorporate the Core in its research budget.

Statistical Consulting Service
The Department of Statistics provides statistical software and design consulting services for the University community. Faculty, students, and staff are encouraged to use these services, which are offered free of charge.
