Shively Club at Ross Ade Stadium<\/h2>\n

Our 2018 Symposium will be held at Purdue’s Shively Club in Ross Ade Stadium.<\/p>\n

Getting to Shively Club<\/h2>\n

For attendees staying at the Holiday Inn City Centre in Downtown Lafayette<\/a>, our primary hotel location for this event, we have scheduled regular shuttle trips<\/a> from the hotel to the venue. The hotel is approximately 1.7 miles away from Ross Ade.<\/p>\n

Additionally, guests should note there is a Purdue basketball game going on the first day of the symposium, November 6th. Mackey Arena is right next to our venue and this will cause delays in traffic and limit parking.<\/p>\n

Purdue has A Pass parking permits available for visitors\u00a0 \u2014 our campus offers 3 types of parking: an A, B, and C parking. Usually A passes are reserved for faculty and campus guests. These passes are temporary and are purchased ahead of time ($5\/day). To purchase a visitor A pass, you can follow this<\/a> link and click on “Get Permit”.\u00a0 This link will lead you to a portal where you can purchase an A permit. Visitor parking permits are limited to\u00a0 5 consecutive days. Importantly, you must have access to a printer at the time of purchase because once you have paid for your permit, you will have to print a PDF and use this to display on your vehicle.<\/p>\n
