Purdue Federal Credit Union (Purdue Federal) proudly supports the communities where our members live and work. Purdue Federal was founded on Purdue University’s West Lafayette campus in 1969 by a group of Purdue employees searching for a place where they, their families, and their fellow employees could save and borrow money safely, confidentially, and at a fair rate of interest. Today, Purdue Federal serves more than 75,000 members nationwide, including employees and families of more than 80 businesses and schools in Greater Lafayette and LaPorte.
Member service is the foundation of the credit union movement, and Purdue Federal is no exception. We embrace the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” so organizations like Purdue Convocations may continue delighting and educating our community through the arts.
