By Kristen Day – Marketing Intern
Spring 2020 has certainly not gone as planned at Purdue Convocations, especially for our graduating seniors. Since we work with amazing students every day, we wanted to celebrate their accomplishments even if they won’t get to walk across the stage in Elliott Hall of Music. This round, we’d like to recognize our Production Interns.
Bachelor of Science in Marketing
Los Angeles, CA
Katherine served as both a Production Intern at Convos and the Marketing Co-Chair of the Student Concert Committee. After graduation, Katherine will be headed back to Los Angeles and plans to work in Marketing while staying connected to the music industry community. Her favorite part about working at Convos was, “the people that work there! They are all so kind and so genuinely passionate about what they do!”
Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance with a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Theatre Production
After graduation, Holly plans to find work doing something she’s passionate about. According to Holly, the best part about working for Convos was, “The atmosphere in the CONVOS team is better than I could ever ask for! Everybody is so nice and friendly and willing to help.”
Bachelor of Arts in Theater Design and Production and Film and Video Studies
Fort Wayne, IN
After graduation, Julie plans to work on the production side of film, television, or live performance. Her favorite part about working at Convos was, “getting to see so many great shows and meeting a lot of fantastic performers. I also enjoyed meeting and becoming friends with everyone else on the team.”
Stay tuned throughout this week as we celebrate the rest of our Convos Seniors!
