There’s no feeling like watching schools of fish swim over your head in an aquarium. Can you imagine being in the sea, swimming alongside them? On February 9th, the immersive puppetry in Erth’s Prehistoric Aquarium Adventure allows you and your family to do just that! Here are 3 of the creatures you’ll meet during the show:
1. Moon Jellyfish: These ancient fish were known to be bioluminescent. This means that a chemical reaction in their bodies helps the fish produce light to communicate underwater.
2. Koronosaurus: This creature was a known predator. Their paddle-like fins were used to swim quickly and attack prey!
3. Angler Fish: Third is a fish you might have seen before. Remember the angler fish in Finding Nemo? These fish live almost a mile underwater where it’s very dark. Their bodies produce light to lure prey right to their mouths.
Ready to dive in? Grab tickets to see these creatures and more in Erth’s Prehistoric Aquarium Adventure, on February 9th at 3p in Loeb Playhouse!
