AOD Educational Services


If you wish to enroll in CAPS Educational Services, a CAPS Alcohol and Other Drug Evaluation must be completed first to determine which of our interventions will be the best fit for your unique concerns.

We do not accept evaluations completed at other agencies, except Tippecanoe County Court Services, for a referral directly into our classes.

Alcohol Classes

  • These classes were developed for college students with legal and university violations and are aimed at providing information and discussion, helping students make choices to reduce their alcohol-related risks.
  • There are two levels of this program, depending upon the outcome of the CAPS Alcohol and Other Drug Evaluation
    1. 4 hour class - Fee: $78.00
    2. 8 hour class - Fee: $130.00

Cannabis Classes

  • These classes were developed for students with legal and university violations involving marijuana who are not substance dependent.
  • There are two levels of this program, depending upon the outcome of the CAPS Alcohol and Other Drug Evaluation
    1. 4 hour class - Fee: $78.00
    2. 8 hour class - Fee: $130.00

Prevention, Intervention, Education (PIE) Group

  • Six-week Structured Group, 1.5 hours per week (9 total hours)
  • Typically recommended for students who are at high risk for addiction
  • Incorporates psychoeducational exercises and group discussion about substance abuse and addiction
  • Fee: $130.00
