New Series - Butler Center Roundtables

The Butler Center is unveiling a new series entitled Butler Center Roundtables. The goal is to discuss diversity and inclusion in higher education on campus. The articles may be about faculty careers; challenges faced by faculty of color, graduate education, and issues about inclusion or other similar topics. Butler Center Round Tables aim to disseminate academic research that can enable faculty and department leaders to develop strategies and institutional initiatives that can facilitate the success of faculty, staff, and students and contribute to the leadership pipeline. Articles for each roundtable will be available two weeks ahead of the session.
