Topic 1: Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities
Speakers: Linda Mason, Dean of the Graduate School and Professor of Entomology; Katherine Sermersheim; Dean of Students; Jeff Stefancic, Associate Dean, Student Rights and Responsibilities; Steven Yeagley, Associate Dean of Students.
Speakers will cover the rights and responsibilities of undergraduate and graduate students including information about Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT). Will address issues that may be concerning regarding a student (all students: graduate, undergraduate, international, domestic, study abroad, West Lafayette campus, etc.). 
This event will kick-off the Fall 2018 Program and we welcome all faculty, staff and students to attend. Lunch provided, RSVP is required.

6th & 7th Thursday & Friday 8:00 am STEW 302/306 9th Annual Conference for Pre-Tenure Women Our annual conference boasts a number of inspiring speakers, sessions, and social opportunities that are tailored to pre-tenure faculty women. Our conference also is beneficial for postdocs and graduate students. Topics include changing policy, mentoring, preparing for tenure, and utilizing resources, and much more. Keynote Speakers: Teresa Sullivan, President Emerita and University Professor, University of Virginia Mia Tuan, Professor and Dean, College of Education, University of Washington Registration is required.
