Next Steps for Assistant and Associate Professors to Select one or two CRN Members

1. Identify one or two faculty members from the CRN faculty list who you think you would benefit from having as an advisor. If you are not certain or have questions, please feel free to contact the CRN coordinators (mangala@purdue.edu, sahley@purdue.edu). Please contact the Butler Center (butlercenter@purdue.edu) to convey your interest if there are no spots available. We can add your name to the waitlist of assistant and associate professors who are seeking a CRN mentor. We will contact you as soon as we have spots available.
     
2. Email the CRN member/s you have identified requesting them to serve as your coach. Refer to the CRN in your email and copy one or both of the CRN coordinators as they will monitor the network. Please note that each CRN member is advised to coach only two faculty members.
