This year's conference offers registration for in-person or virtual participation and will occur in accordance with Protect Purdue guidelines in place on those dates. As of now, face masks (KN95, N95 are recommended) are required in-doors in all buildings. Registration includes access to all sessions on both conference days. Meals will no longer be provided per Protect Purdue's guidance. Boxed lunches will be provided on both days and breakfast will be provided on the second day. Additionally, there is a reception on the first day.
All tenure track/tenured/non-tenure track faculty can register and attend the conference (at Purdue and outside Purdue). Advanced graduate students and post-docs from Purdue and elsewhere can also register and attend. This conference is geared towards all associate professors, so men are welcome to participate.

Registration for Purdue faculty, postdocs, and graduate students:
Special pricing (free) is available for ALL Purdue faculty, postdocs, and graduate students at the main West Lafayette campus and regional campuses. Please email with your name, title/rank, and department for the special pricing coupon code for registering online. You must email and request for the code before you register.
Registration for faculty, postdocs, and graduate students from outside Purdue:
Faculty members, postdocs, and graduate students from outside Purdue must register and pay a registration fee via credit card.
Registration fee is as follows for those from outside Purdue:
  • General registration $100.00 (until February 14, 2022)
  • General registration $125.00 (after February 14, 2022)
  • Virtual registration $25.00 (Please note that this has been added as of Jan 27, 2022).
Please note that group registration is possible through the online registration. This is applicable for groups of faculty members and/or postdocs and/or students who prefer to pay for registration all together. It would entail the use of a single credit card payment for all the registrants.
