The conference comprised of a keynote address, panel session, and an NCFDD workshop about planning a semester. Over the course of the conference, there were opportunities to network, share information, and learn from others in ways that will enable women associates to accelerate their progression to full professor. Although this conference targets women associates, the strategies and insights offered by the keynote speaker, panelists and in the workshop will be useful for all faculty members.
