Navigating Academia to Achieve Promotion: You can make it happen!

The 11th Annual Conference for Assistant Professors titled Navigating Academia to Achieve Promotion: You can make it happen! was a live virtual conference on October 6 and 7, 2020. 
In order to adhere to the restrictions related to holding conferences because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 annual conference for assistant professors was virtual and live. The structure of the live virtual conference was the same as was in past years. The conference featured keynote speakers on both days and included breakout panel sessions on topics of relevance for assistant professors as well as a workshop on resilience and vulnerability.
