Refunds

BoilerExpress account closures are only permitted when students are graduating, withdrawing from the university or at the end of the spring semester. This will close your account. If any of these apply to you, please complete the online request form. There is a fee to close the account. We can only process a return if there is $30 or greater in your account. Please allow six weeks for processing.

If you owe money to the University, the refund goes toward the balance owed. If you are signed up for direct deposit and no money is owed, a refund will go directly into the account you have set up. If you do not have direct deposit, then a check is written and mailed to the address you have on file with the university. Please note that we do not send mail to addresses outside the U.S.
