Center access policy<\/h1>\n

The Bechtel Center is open to walk-in consultations, less restricted team work, and member usage of the Center\u2019s selection of study and work spaces. As we continue to operate within the bounds of safety policies and our own operation schedule, this page will be updated with the most current information on who can use the Center\u2019s spaces and how they should go about doing so.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        • All occupants must have the Bechtel Center \u2013 Membership Quiz<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Cannot let in friends who do not have the Bechtel Center \u2013 Membership Quiz<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Reservations are not required<\/strong> for use of Team Meeting Rooms, but reservations may be made and will take precedence over free use\n
            \n
          • Reservations may be made through the Center’s OS3 system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Team Leadership should consult with Front Desk staff to make a reservation<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                            • Reservations are NOT<\/strong> required to use the space<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • All occupants must have the Bechtel Center – Membership Quiz<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Two-person rule still applies when accessing outside of operating hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Any work from 12am-6am is prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • PPE required in the area must be worn at all times:\n

                              • Safety glasses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              • Closed toe shoes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                High Bay<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                  • Center Members utilizing resources of the High Bay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                  • Requirements & Rules:<\/strong>
                                    • Reservations are required<\/strong> to use the space
                                      • Reservations are made through the Center’s OS3 system<\/li>
                                      • Team Leadership should consult with Composites Lab or Front Desk staff to make a reservation<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                                      • All occupants must have the Bechtel Center – Membership Quiz<\/li><\/ul>\n
                                          \n
                                        • Two-person rule still applies when accessing outside of operating hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                                            Card Access for Teams<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                                            • Card access for building and area entry may be granted to select members of Center-Hosted Teams\n
                                                \n
                                              • The number of team members granted card access may be limited depending on the size and scope of the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                              • Card access is managed solely by the Center\u2019s Teams Liaison<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                              • Individuals with card access must have the Bechtel Center – Membership Quiz<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                              • Teams are responsible for the behavior of their members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
