Purdue Orchestra Showcase

Alumni are invited back to campus to play with the Philharmonic Orchestra.  Concert is free and open to the public.

The Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing Zigeunerweisen, featuring violin soloist Austin Hartman, Professor of Violin at the University of Indianapolis and member of the new Indianapolis- based Shaheen String Quartet, and Dvorak’s lush New World Symphony, featuring Purdue Orchestra Alumni.

The Symphony Orchestra will be performing Mozart’s timeless Symphony No. 40, Barber’s heart-wrenching Adagio for Strings, and The Irish Blessing composed by orchestra member Sami Labban​.
