Alumni Band Check-In


LOCATION: Elliott Hall of Music Main Lobby (East entrance of building – opposite side of the band entrance)

TIME: Friday, October 11 between 4:30pm – 6:30pm

DETAILS: All alumni must check-in to participate in the Alumni Band weekend. At check-in you will receive an information packet that will include your ticket into the Friday night reception (if you pre-register to attend the reception) and your pass for Saturday lunch (if you pre-register to purchase a box lunch), along with your drill charts, the most up-to-date schedule, and more. If you are unable to check-in on Friday, there will be an opportunity to check-in on Saturday morning at Hull Field prior to rehearsal.

GUESTS: Guests of alumni are invited to attend the Friday night reception. However, only the alumni participating on Saturday (including marchers and non-marchers) will be allowed entrance into the stadium for the game. ALL GUESTS MUST PURCHASE THEIR OWN GAME TICKETS. The alumni band will be seated on the field directly in front of the North End Zone section.

INSTRUMENT SUPPLIES: The Tau Beta Sigma Kloset will be open during check-in on Friday selling items like valve oil, reeds, flip folders, etc. However, please bring these items if you already own them, as availability will be limited. Those who register to borrow an instrument will check-out their instrument during this time as well.

Sheet Music will NOT be provided. Please print your music at home.
