On Giving Tuesday, Purdue University College of Health and Human Sciences launched five crowdfunding campaigns, including Autism Research at Purdue University.

In 2012, Purdue families, administrators, and faculty shared a white paper designed to support an autism initiative here at Purdue.  This initiative was a huge success!  Within only five years we have attracted eight new autism researchers, hosted our first Purdue Autism Conference, launched an autism treatment program, hosted several world renowned autism researchers, and secured more than three million dollars in funding from the National Institutes of Health, and the Gadomski and Anderson Foundations.  This crowdfunding initiative will help keep Purdue’s Autism Research initiative moving forward!
