Center for Faculty Success

At the heart of ADVANCE-Purdue is the Purdue Center for Faculty Success (PCFS), a campus center focused on developing programming and implementing activities and events for faculty on the West Lafayette campus.

Purdue represents a prime opportunity for women's advancement in all STEM fields across the University's 11 colleges. The number of women in STEM tenure-track faculty positions has nearly doubled since fall 2000, based on data gathered from Purdue's four leading STEM-driven colleges - Agriculture, Engineering, Technology and Science.
