Administrative Operations reaches 81% of goal for United Way campaign, recognition event scheduled for Dec. 12

Administrative Operations has reached 81% of its goal for this year’s Purdue University United Way Campaign. Administrative Operations has a fundraising goal of $15,000, which is part of Purdue’s overall goal to raise $725,000.

Administrative Operations has reached 81% of its goal for this year’s Purdue University United Way Campaign. There is still time to donate as the deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 17. There are several ways to donate, including through the Purdue University United Way Campaign website with payroll deduction, credit card or Bill Me. Donors can choose to support United Way of Greater Lafayette or a specific agency.

AO employees who do not wish to donate are still encouraged to visit the Purdue University United Way Campaign website and select the “I Don’t Wish To Give” button. This will help increase the organization’s participation rate.

To help recognize staff who do donate or pledge to this year’s campaign, AO is hosting a bowling and gaming event at Rack n Roll and Boiler Game Mine in the Purdue Memorial Union. The event will take place on Dec. 12 with one session from 3:30-5 p.m. and a second session from 8:30-10 p.m. An official invite will be sent to those who donate or pledge via email.

Questions about the campaign and recognition event may be directed to this year’s co-chairs for Administrative Operations, Brandi Jittjumnongk at brandij@purdue.edu or Lauren Stearns at lkglick@purdue.edu.
