Reminder: Submit vaccination documentation by Friday

Purdue employees who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 should submit vaccination documentation by tomorrow (Aug. 13). If vaccination documentation is not submitted by tomorrow, the following individuals will be subject to surveillance testing beginning Aug. 23:

  • Individuals who choose not to be vaccinated against COVID-19 (excluding employees designated as 100% remote)
  • Individuals who choose not to submit proof of vaccination
  • Individuals who receive a vaccine that is not recognized by the Protect Purdue Health Center

Also, employees who are fully vaccinated are eligible to participate in an incentive drawing, which also requires submitting proof of vaccination by tomorrow.
