Managers to deliver employee performance reviews, discuss work location by May 31

Managers and supervisors are clear to deliver performance reviews to employees at this time. Performance reviews should be delivered to all employees by May 31.

As part of the discussion, managers and supervisors should discuss the employee’s current work location status (i. e. remote, onsite or hybrid) and any possible location assignment changes for the coming year. For additional resources regarding this conversation, please review this guide in advance.

Once the performance reviews have been delivered to staff, managers and supervisors should advance the work flow to the employee signature step in SuccessFactors.
