Students must use and work directly within ONE <\/strong>of the three official Purdue thesis templates provided below (Standard, APA, or LaTeX\/Overleaf) when writing their thesis or dissertation. Thoroughly read the accompanying handbook for your chosen template as it shows how the formatting should appear and contain necessary formatting instructions, requirements, and examples. Please <\/strong>DO NOT<\/strong><\/span> override template formatting, mix formatting methods, use a non-official template, or attempt to recreate a template.<\/strong> All theses and dissertations are also required to meet current American Disability Association requirements outlined in this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Format Review<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A format review is a service provided to students to aid in ensuring that thesis\/dissertation formatting meets requirements prior to depositing. Please note that we conduct only one<\/u><\/strong> format review per semester and do not<\/span><\/strong> accept format review requests after the designated candidacy format review deadline (Graduation Dates and Deadlines<\/a>).\u00a0 To determine whether a format review is optional or mandatory, please see below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
