Current Research Interests:

Role of nonstructural proteins NA4A and NA4B in dengue virus life cycle.

Research description: Nonstructural proteins of dengue virus, especially, NS4A and NS4B are the least characterized ones. With the use of reverse genetics and other molecular biology tools, I am trying to dissect the roles these proteins play not only in viral replication but also during the assembly of the viral progeny.
