About the OGSPS Toolkit

The OGSPS Toolkit provides a useful “Intranet” platform for general communications between the OGSPS staff, and personnel in the graduate departments and programs.

The site address is www.purdue.edu/gradschool/toolkit.  Experience it yourself, bookmark it, and share it with others. A Purdue Career Account is required.

The Records page has three options: main page, Documents, and Videos.  The Documents page contains information about Fall 2017 Candidate Resources, Plans of Study, and several General Process Resources.  The Videos page contains videos for locating graduate plans, a plan of study overview, and instructions for initiating a plan (staff or student view).

New information and resources are being added to the OGSPS Toolkit regularly by the Offices of Records. Updated resources for the Records area in particular will be in place at the end of the fall session to help scaffold the transition to the new look and feel of the OGSPS Database after the move to PHP scripting language.

If you have any content recommendations, please share your suggestions through the OGSPS Toolkit Feedback survey. We value your feedback, and will continue to work to provide resources to help support you in your efforts with graduate students.
