Desktop Support

The following list of services are currently provided by the ITaP Cooperative Services - Desktop Support group (formerly PFCS Customer and Workstation Support). If you are in need of any of these services simply contact ITaP CSDS at 494-4000 or at itap@purdue.edu.

Account Issues
- Account is locked
- Password needs to be reset

Software Issues
- Application won't start
- Outlook email not working
- Getting errors in Word, Excel, etc... - I'm receiving an error when...

Hardware Issues
- Computer not working
- Monitor not working
- Printer is jammed
- Printer not working
- Scanner not working
- Handheld not working
- Laptop not working

Network Connectivity Problems
- Can't get to the H: drive - Can't access network files - Can't get to the internet
