PICLCoP (Faculty and Staff Community of Practice)

Calling all Interculturalist Practitioners... After you say PickleCop out loud, three times and fast, please join our Purdue InterCultural Learning Community of Practice, which builds a network of people on campus doing intercultural work and provides opportunities to share techniques and tools of the trade. Global Partners Program

Purdue staff in China with the Global Partners Program

Purdue staff have a wonderful chance to better understand the background of new students from Asia with the Global Partners Program, which includes language study and intercultural skill development followed by a trip to China to offer pre-departure orientation to incoming Chinese international students and to visit campus study abroad sites. Visiting international scholars to Purdue have the opportunity to get involved with local teachers and community educational organizations as part of the Education Exchange Program, which connects people across cultures and offers locals a glimps of what life is like in other countries.
