Intercultural Development for Students

Taking the Intercultural Development Inventory is a great way to begin increasing in intercultural development. Followed up by a debrief and an individual development plan, students gain a new awareness of their current development and concrete next steps.

CILMAR offers the IDI inventory and debrief to students referred to the CILMAR IDI calendar by a professor or administrator who is using the IDI to assess the learning stage of an entire class or program. If your professor has referred you to the IDI calendar, please go here.
