Mentors and Mentees Pair Mentoring Program

The WIEP Pair Mentoring Program matches freshman and sophomore engineering students (mentees) with sophomore, junior, or senior engineering students (mentors) based on academic major, mutual interests, and personality. The program focuses on developing relationships through attendance at monthly meetings and socials organized by the M&M program; along with a commitment from the mentor and mentee to meet outside of regular program activities.

The Pair Mentoring Program meets once a month on Tuesdays from 5:30-7:00p.m.  Dinner is provided at each meeting. Monthly meetings feature speakers on topics of personal, academic, and professional interest for engineering students. Past topics include Business Etiquette, Effective Networking, Health & Wellness, Personal Finance, Alternate Career Paths, etc.
