Strengths for Employers

myStrengths helps students identify their talents, develop those talents into strengths, and apply their strengths in experiences that will help them be successful. All incoming undergraduate students are able to take the Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment at no cost.

myStrengths is also integrated into the student experiences both in and outside the classroom. Students can utilize their knowledge of their own strengths to help them with their academics, career, leadership, employment, and relationships.
