Purdue has an international reputation for producing talented graduates across various disciplines. The Roger C. Stewart Leadership & Professional Development Department (LEAD), builds on this strong reputation by leveraging and connecting class and out-of-class experiences to give students the best chance at success at Purdue and beyond. LEAD prepares more students for career-oriented growth, helping them translate their experiences into better job placement and advancement opportunities. LEAD uses a strengths-based and competency-based approach, from stakeholder feedback, to develop a framework that leverages curricular and co-curricular experiences.
