Purdue Parents Fund

The Purdue Parents Fund supports a broad array of important programs and areas in Student Life, all of which impact student learning and success. In the past, donations to the Parents Fund helped fill a variety of program needs such as: providing iPads for the Disability Resource Center, starting a mentoring program for the Purdue Veterans Success Center, funding health and wellness programs, and setting up a closet at the Center for Career Opportunities with professional clothes to loan to students in need before a job interview. The Parents Fund also supports Parent and Family Programs which engages parents as partners in student success through events such as the fall Family Weekend, family sessions during Student Advising, Registration, and Transition days, and Boiler Gold Rush family activities. The Parents Fund gives the Vice Provost for Student Life the ability to support current programming needs and the freedom to pursue opportunities important to Student Life as they arise.
