What is your favorite thing about Purdue?
All the amazing people I have met so far and all the opportunities to get involved and have fun! Every student who goes here has a sense of pride and joy to say they are a Boilermaker including myself.
What was your favorite class?
So far my favorite class is Health and Kinesiology 302 which is applied clinical anatomy. The information I have to remember requires a lot of time, but once I understand it all, it's so interesting to me! There is so much more to our bodies that I never would have dreamed we even had.
What are your favorite things about your program of study?
I know that it is exactly what I want to do with my life, without a doubt.
What is your career goal?
To work as a personal trainer for a few years after I get my bachelors and then to continue onto Physical Therapy school at a really interesting grad school. After PT school, I want to work in a setting that allows me to travel and to help people lead active and healthy lifestyles that will last them a lifetime!
What would you tell prospective students about Purdue?
Come to Purdue, and you won't ever regret your decision. Most importantly, go to Boiler Gold Rush. You'll love it!! I'm extremely proud to say I am a Boilermaker and once they decide to come here they will feel the same way.
What is the most interesting thing you’ve learned or seen as a tour guide at Purdue?
I thought it was very interesting that one of the Horticulture buildings could test different types of rain and the effects it had on the erosion of soil.
What is your favorite spot on campus?
I love to work out so the RSC is definitely a good spot. But I love being home at my cooperative house (Ann Tweedale), because I love all my sisters there and we all laugh together so much!
