What is your favorite thing about Purdue?
I really love the atmosphere that Purdue has. Walking around campus, you can always run into someone you know, and everyone here is really friendly and outgoing.
What was your favorite class?
I enjoyed my Math 373 class, which is Financial Mathematics. My professor was really involved with the students even though it was a large class of 150. It has been the hardest class I have had so far, but I use what I learned from that class everyday.
What is your career goal?
I hope to use my accounting degree to enter the business world, focusing on finance and tax, hopefully working at a large corporation in Chicago.
What would you tell prospective students about Purdue?
Purdue might seem overwhelming at first because of it's size, but you start to feel at home here very quickly and meet so many interesting and friendly people. You can find so many clubs and organizations to join, and really make it your own experience.
What is the most interesting thing you’ve learned or seen as a tour guide at Purdue?
Purdue is known for graduating Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, but I was surprised to learn that we also graduated the last man to walk on the moon as well.
What is your favorite spot on campus?
I really like the skywalk between Rawls and Krannert because you can see a lot of campus from there. It's one of the most calming and peaceful places at night, and it's never very busy.
