What is your favorite thing about Purdue?
I can't pick just one thing! I love the education I'm receiving from this amazing school. I love the spirit and Purdue pride felt all over campus. I also love that there's always something to do so there's never a dull moment!
What was your favorite class?
My favorite class is social psychology. It's really cool to take the theories and terms we've used in class to describe behavior and apply them to real life situations.
What are your favorite things about your program of study?
My program of study has tons of opportunities to get involved in research as well as assist graduate students and professors in their respective labs.
What is your career goal?
After I obtain my Ph.D in Social and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I would like to perform consultations for businesses to assess the fairness of hiring practices and ensure equal employment.
What would you tell prospective students about Purdue?
Although Purdue appears to be a large school, there are tons of ways to get involved in extra-curricular activities and clubs so it's really easy to make friends. Joining clubs is an easy way to make a big campus seem a lot smaller!
What is the most interesting thing you’ve learned or seen as a tour guide at Purdue?
I learned that students can rub Abraham Lincoln's nose for good luck before exams in the flag room in the Union.
What is your favorite spot on campus?
My favorite spot on campus is in the Purdue Memorial Union.
