Visitor Parking
Visitor parking is available at various campus locations, but the primary area for visitor parking is the Grant Street Parking Garage, adjacent to the Purdue Memorial Union, 101 North Grant Street.

Note: There is no charge for parking after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends, unless otherwise posted.

Grant Street Parking Garage Rates
0-30 Minutes $1.00 30-60 Minutes $3.00 Each Additional Hour $1.00 Maximum Per Day $10.00
Daily Permit
Visitors may purchase a daily permit from the Parking Facilities office within the Visitor Information Center, 504 Northwestern Avenue. A daily permit allows visitors to park in any of the parking garages normally reserved for "A" permits.
Parking Meters
Some meter parking (25¢ per 15 minutes) is available on campus for short-term visits. View the campus map for the locations of these metered spaces. Anyone may use the meters, unless they are designated for patrons of laboratories or medical facilities.
Special Parking Circumstances
Disability Parking
Visitors may park at metered disability spaces (blue and white handicap signs) with the appropriate license plate or official handicap placard displayed on their vehicle dashboard. Meter fees must be paid and time limits observed. To utilize spaces requiring an "A" permit and a disability license plate or official placard, visitors may purchase a daily permit from the Parking Facilities office, 504 Northwestern Ave. Note: By Indiana state law, vehicles displaying Disabled American Veteran license plates are exempt from paying meter fees. Football Game Day Parking
To ensure safe and timely arrivals to Purdue football games and ease of parking, a web site provides game day directions to campus and to designated parking areas.
Residence Hall Guest Permit
Guest parking permits are available to anyone visiting a student living in a Purdue residence hall, graduate house or married student apartment. The Purdue student hosting a guest can request the guest permit, which allows visitors to park in the temporary spaces marked at residence hall, graduate house or married student housing parking areas.
