Scientific American: Supercomputing can save U.S. manufacturing; Purdue, Plainfield firm show how it's done

Jeco Plastic Products in Plainfield tapped expertise at Purdue University to develop simulations of a pallet designed for a German automotive company and ran them on a supercomputer.
