Purdue's Ford Dining Court names student employees of the monthWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. Four Indiana students and one Illinois native have been named student employees of the month for August at Purdue University's award-winning Ford Dining Court.
Charlotte Kalish, of Lafayette, Ind.; Anthony Dykiel, of Schereville, Ind.; Austin Raush of Rochester, Ind.; Marcus Banning, of Portage, Ind.; and Gary Odenwaldof Homewood, Ill., each earned a $10 gift certificate to use at campus dining spots.
"Student employees are a valuable part of Housing and Food Services' operation at Purdue," said Garret Elmer, student coordinator at Ford Dining Court. "We offer a diverse and customized dining experience that requires service-minded employees who can think on their feet."
The five students were recognized for their exceptional performance during the month. Winners are selected by food staff administrators and student managers.
