You or your representative is invited to attend an event that covers important issues facing all Americans: energy and, specifically, alternative energy and energy policies. Tickets for media are complimentary.
On August 29, the Sen. Richard G. Lugar Purdue University Summit on Energy Security will bring more than 600 national leaders to the Purdue campus in West Lafayette, Ind. We hope you will be able to attend and share the event with the public.
Information about the daylong program can be found online.
Speaking with Sen. Lugar at the event are: Peggy Hudson, vice president for federal and international affairs for BP America Inc. Sue Cischke, vice president of environment and safety for Ford Motor Co. Amy Myers Jaffe, Wallace S. Wilson Fellow in Energy Studies at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University. Martin C.
