Science Bound puts IPS' pupils on path to Purdue

Courtney Coe carefully placed test vials of diluted purple Kool-Aid into a machine to measure the watery solution's wavelength and light intensity.

But Coe wasn't conducting routine class work in Room B371 at Broad Ripple High School. Tuesday's lab was after school and included snacks and punch, as well as a science lesson complete with a broken beaker.
