Jischke to talk about engagement-community service on WBAA

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue University President Martin C. Jischke will talk about Purdue's engagement and community service initiatives for Lafayette-West Lafayette and statewide on WBAA's live call-in radio show, Wednesday (Nov. 10.)

During the station's "AM920 Magazine" from 2-3 p.m., Jischke will field questions from WBAA station manager Dan Skinner and the listening audience.

"President Jischke will talk about the importance of volunteerism and community service and his commitment to include service in the learning experience," Skinner said.

Local listeners can call (765) 496-1999. Listeners outside the local calling area can call toll-free at (866) 922-2101.

WBAA's AM signal reaches approximately two-thirds of Indiana and can be heard globally via the station's Web site.
